Regarding export, the inspection is divided into three main parts:

If the buyer and Kootaj company confirm the credit of the seller's company based on the documents and certificates obtained, we enter the next stage, which is product approval.

1. Confirmation of the company or legal entity of the goods seller company:

With the help of expert inspectors, Kootaj Company obtains all the necessary certificates and licenses, including a certificate of clean record, operating license, standard license, and all governmental and organizational approvals regarding the credit of the seller's company.

2. Confirmation of the product and its specifications and details:

In this section, according to the request or suggestion of the buyer, the inspector examines the validity of the goods in four main questions and gives the confirmation to the buyer.

1. Does the seller company really have this product?
2. Is the seller company really the manufacturer of this product?
3. Can the manufacturing company provide the inventory you requested?
4. Does the product have the complete details and specifications you requested?

3. Confirmation of goods before loading and sending to the port:

After the approval of the goods by the inspectors and the buyer and after the order registration process, the Kootaj inspectors will check the goods once more for more certainty when loading the goods from the factory to the port and confirm that the shipment is the same as the goods requested by the buyer.
